The new Fiat Ducato can be recognized by the new design of the front bumper and radiator grille, aerodynamically optimized exterior mirrors and new logos on light alloy rims and wheel covers. In the interior, the seats have been revised in detail, the steering wheel now bears the new FIAT logo.
Wheelbases in lengths L2 to L4 and heights H1 to H3 are available for the new Fiat Ducato. This results in a loading volume of 10 to 17 cubic meters for the panel van. Depending on the version, the permissible total weight is between 3,000 and 4,250 kilograms, and the maximum trailer load is 2,250 to 3,000 kilograms.
The new Fiat Ducato is powered by modern multijet turbodiesels with a displacement of 2.2 liters. The power levels 88 kW (120 hp), 103 kW (140 hp) and 130 kW (180 hp) are available. Buyers have the choice between a manual six-speed gearbox and an eight-speed automatic gearbox, new for 2024 (not in combination with 88 kW power). All engines meet the Euro 6E emissions standard.
The standard equipment has been expanded compared to the previous model. The rear view camera, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), the airbag designed for two front passengers and additional electronic driver assistance systems (ADAS) are now standard on board. These include emergency braking assistant, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, drowsiness warning and the intelligent speed assistant. The integration of a new telematics box enables the use of services from the FIAT Professional Connected Services range.
The new Fiat Ducato as a flatbed truck and the chassis are expected to be available for order from January 2024.
